If you’re renovating your kitchen or settling into a new flat in Noida, you’ve probably already noticed how much a good modular kitchen changes everyday life. Cooking gets faster, storage stops being a daily fight, and the kitchen finally looks like part of your home instead of something bolted on as an afterthought.
BeBrick Build welldesigns and installs modular kitchens across Noida Sector 62, Indirapuram, Greater Noida West and the surrounding sectors for apartments, builder floors and independent homes. We handle the full job ourselves, from the first measurement to the last cabinet hinge, so you’re not coordinating three different vendors for carpentry, hardware and installation.
Here’s what actually goes into a modular kitchen, what it costs in Noida right now, and how our design process works.

A modular kitchen is built from pre-fabricated cabinet units base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall units manufactured in a factory to standard sizes and then assembled inside your home, rather than built brick-by-carpentry-piece on site. This is different from a traditional carpentered kitchen, which usually takes longer to build, is harder to repair later, and rarely comes with soft-close hinges, pull-out baskets or the finish quality that modular units offer.
For most Noida homes, switching to modular isn’t only about how the kitchen looks. It’s about getting real, usable storage out of a kitchen that’s often smaller than what the builder’s brochure made it look like.
The most common layout for 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats across Noida sectors. Works well when your kitchen has two adjoining walls and you want a clean working triangle between the stove, sink and fridge — efficient without needing extra floor space. If you are budgeting for the whole flat, check our 2 BHK interior design cost or 3 BHK interior design cost breakdowns.
A good fit if your kitchen has three usable walls or is on the larger side. This layout gives you the most counter and storage space and is common in builder floors and bigger apartments in Noida.
Suited to the narrow, passage-style kitchens found in many compact Noida flats. A parallel layout — two facing counters makes the most of limited width without cramping the cook.
For open-plan homes with room for a central island. Less common in Noida apartments, but a popular choice in independent houses and larger builder-floor units.
Pricing depends mainly on kitchen size, the material you choose for the cabinet body, and the shutter finish. As a general guide for a standard L-shaped kitchen (8–10 ft) in Noida:
Kitchen Type | Typical Cost Range |
Basic (laminate finish) | Enquire Now |
Mid-range (acrylic / PU finish, upgraded hardware) | Enquire Now |
Premium (imported hardware, glass shutters, island add-ons) | Enquire Now |
U-shaped and larger kitchens cost proportionately more. We give a fixed quote after a free site visit in your Noida home not a vague “starting from” number that changes once work begins.
A few things that move the price up or down:
We use marine or BWP-grade plywood for the cabinet body. Both resist moisture well, which matters in Indian kitchens where steam and spills are a daily reality. We avoid low-grade MDF for carcass work since it tends to swell and lose shape with prolonged moisture exposure.
Choose from laminate, acrylic or PU finish depending on your budget and how glossy you want the kitchen to look. Acrylic generally holds up better against daily wear in a busy, high-use kitchen.
Soft-close hinges, telescopic channels and pull-out baskets from established hardware brands. This is usually where budget kitchens cut corners — and it’s the first thing that fails within a year or two, so we don’t compromise here.
Factor | Modular Kitchen | Traditional Carpentered |
Build time | Faster — manufactured off-site, assembled on site | Slower — built entirely on site |
Finish quality | Factory-finished, consistent | Depends on carpenter’s skill on the day |
Hardware | Soft-close, telescopic channels standard | Often basic hinges unless specified |
Repairs | Modules can be individually replaced | Harder to repair without redoing sections |
Resale/relocation | Some units can be reconfigured or moved | Usually fixed to the space |
